The most important point was that it ran on USB so I could plug it on my computer and set it aside without worrying about batteries. I also like the little water bottle they give you, which holds two "recharges". Yes, they have figured out how much water you can add to keep cool without water dribbling from the unit. Thank you, Handy Cooler. For what it is, it is a very good little fan. Slower delivery than I expected. In warm conditions, this works fine.
I also bought the flexible air tube for him to cool inside his heat-proof jacket. He loved the combination and does everything it claimed to do. The battery lasted a good 2 days before I have to replace them. You need to take the filter out and refill out but I find it easier to pour water directly onto the filter even with the lid on (the lid has a lot of holes to breathe).

This fan was super easy to setup and run. I mean I could have gotten a worse one for more! Evaporative Air Conditioning. You need to be aware it is made of thin plastic and it has absolutely no weight to it, and the ductless air conditioning cost is not very much. Great choice. Mini Duct Air Conditioning.
